ኢትዮጵያ ምን አይነት አስተዳደር ያሰፈልጋታል?

ይሕ ርዕስ የመጨረሻው ይመስለኛል፡፡ አሁን እየጦዘ ባለው እና ዳር ቆመን እየተከታተልን ለምንገኝ ‹‹አገር እና ሕዝብ ያስጨንናል‹‹ ለምንል ተራ ግለሰቦች፤ የመጨረሻው ጥየቄ የሚወድቀው በዚህ ርዕስ ትከሻ ላይ ይመስለኛል፡፡ ኣንዳንድ ጸሐፊያን የትላንቱን እና የዛሬውን አጢነው የነገውን ሲመነዝሩ ሲታዩ፤ የሚሠማቸው እጥተው በየገጾቻቸው ባክነው የቀሩት የፊደል እና የሐሳብ ዘለላዎች፤ ‹‹ነብይ ባገሩ አይከበርም…›› እንደሚያስብለን የታመነ ነው፡፡ ሐዲስ አለማየሁ ነብሳቸውን ይማርና በዚህ ርዕስ ጉዳይ መጽሐፍ አሳትመው አቅርበውልናል፡፡ በተለይ ለሕትመት የበቃበት ወቅቱ የየምድር ጦር እና የፖሊስ ሠራዊት ቡድን /ጦር ኃይሎች ደርግ/ ማቆጥቆጥ ሲጀምር፤ “የበለሷ ዛፍ ስታቆጠቁጥ መከር መድረሱን እወቁ..” እንዲል መጽሐፉ፤ እነ ሐዲስ አለማየሁም የበኩላቸውን ሐሳብ አደርሱ፤ ከመከር በፊት፡፡ ሰሚ የጡት ነብያትም እንደ ቁራ ጮኸው ቀሩ.. ደርግም ከማቆጥቆጥ አለፎ አበበ፡፡ አብቦም ፍሬው የዙፋን ጠረጴዛ ላይ ደረሰ፡፡ ዙፋን እንደ ጠረጴዛ የደም ሻምፓኝ ፈሰሰበት፡፡

ከሞላ ጎደል ሀዲስ አለማየሁ የተናገሩት ሁሉ እንደ ትንቢት ሆነ ተፈጠመ፡፡ መስፍን ወልደማርያምም በዚህ ሐሳብ ላይ የበኩላቸውን አስተያዬት አዘል መጽሐፍ ለሕትመት አብቅተው ነበር፡፡ ኢትዮጵያዊነት ልማት በሕብረት በሚል ርዕስ፡፡

ጽድቀ-ደራሲ እንዳለ ጌታ ከበደ ምስጋናዬ ይድረሰውና በዚህ ርዕስ ዙሪያ ሐሳቤን አቅርቤለት፤ መሠል መጽሐፍቶች ተጽፈው እንደሆን ጠየቅሁት፡፡ እንዳለ ጋር ጣጣ የለም፤ ‹‹ይድነቃቸው ተሳማ መንግስትና አስተዳደር፤ ዮሐንስ ገ/ጻድቅ/ የምንዱባን ተርጓሚ/ እንዲሁም ከቀድሞዎቹ ነጋድራስ ገ/ሕይወት፡፡ ተያያዥነት ያላቸውን ርዕሶች ይዘው መጽሐፍ ጽፈዋል›› ተያይዞም ሶስት ምሑራን በፕ/ር መስፍን መጽሐፍ ላይ አስተያየታቸውን እንደሰጡ ገለጸልኝ፡፡ ምናልባት አዲስ ዘመን አሊያም የዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ ጋዜጣ ላይ ታገኘዋለህ፤ 66 ዓ.ም እትም፡፡ ወደ ወመዘክር አቀናሁ፡፡ በቃ እንዳለ እንዲህ ነው፡፡ የተባሉትን መጽሐፎችንም ሆነ የጋዜጣውን እትም አገኘሁት፤ የዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ 1966 ዓ.ም ነሐሴ እትም ላይ፤ ፈቃደ አዘዘ፣ ዮሐንስ አድማሱ፣ እጨቱ ጮሌ ሆነው የጻፉትን አገኘሁ፡፡ ማለፊያ፡፡

ምናልባትም ይሕንን ጉዳይ በጥልቀት ለመተንተን እና ወደ መዳረሻ ሐሳብ ለመቅረብ ምሁራኑን ማነጋገር ነበረብኝ፡፡ በአጸደ ሥጋ የሚገኙት ጥቂቶቹ ናቸው፡፡ ላለፈው ታሪክ ጥናት በእጅጉ ከሚጎዱት ተሰንቃሪ ምክንያቶች ውስጥ አንዱ ‹‹በአጸደ ሥጋ አለመገኘት›› ነው፡፡ ፈቃደ አዘዘ /አሁን ፕ/ር/ በሕይወት ይገኛል፡፡ እሱንም አግኝቶ ለማነጋገር ቀላል አልሆነልኝም፡፡ ብዙ ሰዎችን አላውቅም፡፡ በዙ ሰዎችን አለማወቅም ሌላኛው የጥናት ስራ እንቅፋት ነው፡፡ የማውቀቸውም ሰዎችን እየደጋገሙ ማስቸገር ቀላል የማይባል ጋሬጣ ነው፡፡ ፕ/ር መስፍን ጋር ወደልክሁ-ሁሌም በራቸውም ስልካቸውም ክፍት ነው፡፡

 ‹‹በዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ ላይ በወጣው ኢትዮያዊነት ልማት በሕብረት መጽሐፍ ላይ አስተያዬት በሰጡት ምሁራን ላይ አስተያዬት አልዎት? በወቅቱስ ምላሽ የሰጡበት ቦታ አለ?›› ጠይክኋቸው፡፡

‹‹ሲጀመር አስተያዬቱ ሙሉ በሙሉ ሥለመጸሐፉ አያወራም፡፡ መጽሐፉ ላይ አነጣጥሮ የተሰነዘረም አልነበረም በዚህ ምክንያት አስተያዬት መስጠት አይቻልም…›› መለሱልኝ ፕሮፌሰሩ፡፡

ግራ የሚገባ ነገር ነው፡፡ ቁጭ ብለን የተመካከርንብት ጊዜ አልታይሕ አለኝ፡፡ ምሁራኖቻችን በጋራ መድረክ፤ የግልም የጋራም ሐሳቦቻቸውን የሚሠነዝሩበት፣ መንጋውን የሚገሩበት መድረክ ፈጽሞ የለንም፡፡ አሁን ላለንበት የፌስ ቡክ መልስ ምቶች እና የየግላችን ሐሳቦች ቁርቁዝ አመላካች ገተመኞቻችን ናቸው፤ ምሁራኖቻችን መስመር ስላላበጁለት፤ ተቀምጦ የመዋየት ባሕል ስላላዳበሩልን፤ሁሉም በያሻው ያሸ ያሻውን ይወረውራል፡፡

 በአንድ ታሪክ ላይ ሕልቆ መሣፍርት መልስ ምቶች እና አለመግባባቶች አሉብን፡፡ ይሕ መዳረሻ አገር አይገነባም፡፡ እንኳን አገር ድልድይ አይጠግንም፡፡ የትም አያደርሰንም፡፡ ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ከፌስ ቡክ የራቅሁበት ምክንያትም ይሕ ነው፡፡ ሁሉም የያሻውን መጻፉ ባልከፋ፤ ነገር ግን ሁሉም ያለመደማመጥ ሲያወራ፤ ላለመግባባት ጀምዓውን ሲያደነቁር ቢውል ለስጋም ለነፍስም ሕመም ነው፡፡

ኢትዮጵያ ምን አይነት አስተዳደር ያስፈልጋታል?  የኔ መዳረሻ ጥያቄ ይኄው ነው… እንወያይበት!!

Who is going to solve Africa's problems?

When it comes to poverty, death as a result of diseases or conflicts, migration, political instability, corruption among many, Africa as a continent is leading while others follow. Despite the fact that when it comes to natural resources, landmass, human resources and many more blessings within the continent, Africa is truly blessed in that regard and we should be in a better position than we currently are. This is mostly because we have not harnessed these resources, and instead of uniting and finding a common ground, we allow division and hatred to tear us apart. In my personal opinion, Africa has been divided by our colonial masters into 54 political boundaries, even though we should be one, indivisible continent. By writing this article, it is my believe that most of these problems we are facing, the solutions are with us and we can bring them to an end. It is true that the political situation in Africa is a huge obstacle to us as a people, to develop our continent. Our leaders have always held us back, and enmeshed us in deep corruption and mismanagement. Africa's problems will never be solved through violence, gorilla war, ethnic and religious conflicts or any other form of resistance being waged by the people. It can only be solved by coming together under the name of big Africa with no boundaries, united for a common goal of improving the state of the continent. Political boundaries are the major problems that Africa is suffering from now. In every “state” in the continent, people are suffering from the divisions, and ethnic crises. We also know that, the Angels brought Adam from Heaven to Earth, making Africa the first known place that is the beginning of humanity. So why is that we suffer, while living under God’s home? What type of actions should have been taken to solve our problems? And by who? To make my idea clear to the readers, using East Africa as the Horn of Africa as a case study, they are now “States” recognized by the United Nations. Ethiopia, Eretria, Somalia and Djibutti. These countries were one big kingdom in the past centuries but have now become separated because of the political map with a serious border dispute. This border dispute is the overall focus of our problem, which is off course the cause of migration, death and poverty to the people. This same issue of border dispute has now extended to Sudan, and majority of all African countries, in the south west north and central Africa. Almost all of them share this frustration dashing the hope of the people. To solve Africa's problems, the first thing is to change our mindset. We have to start thinking in the direction that we are one root, and not a 50+ continent with river based state names the colonial masters gave us. Change comes from the inner heart, by breaking down imaginary lines which separates us from unity. We are one. We are suppose to build modern African solutions that could bring those areas that were once under kingdoms with similar tribalistic identities, which had a proper and well organized system. After changing our mindset, we can then think of coming together and sit under one big tree (as our ancestors did) and proffer solutions together. But we are facing one biggest fence towards our hope, Tenure! The politics has become one of the dominant factors to let us all spread far away and suffer from the problems of what we see now. The first solution will be people/Africans Gathering together without any support of political background and even without being a delegation of any political power aside. If we are not looking for a political power, we may have the Chance to see the boundless identity of all Africans. Let’s start it! Any person From Any African Country is invited!!

 What these discussions and dialogue will do, is to highlight common ways that when implemented will lead us to innovations, that will transform Africa, and make it great again as a continent. It is we Africans that will do it and no one else!
